Training materials were delivered in five languages, supported by integrated text-to-speech capabilities and centralized content management.
To improve implementation efficiency, Ultimo introduced a structured training approach: stakeholders completed targeted eLearning before deep-dive sessions, allowing for faster and more informed decision-making. At the same time, end users were supported through a role-based learning platform offering theory, demonstrations, and simulations, reducing dependency on scheduled sessions.
Batch update features and reusable screen elements allowed the training team to efficiently align content with bi-weekly product releases while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Since implementing Assima, Ultimo has enhanced the quality and effectiveness of its customer training programs. Learners now engage with realistic simulations that reflect the live system, improving understanding and practical application. This structured approach to training has also had a measurable impact on implementation timelines. By preparing stakeholders in advance and enabling flexible, role-based learning for end users, Ultimo reduced the average time required for customers to implement and fully adopt the solution from 50 days to 40 days – a 20% improvement.
