End of Life: Assima Atlantic Link (AAL)

Assima is announcing today that it will stop its support for the Assima Atlantic Link (AAL) software

from midnight on the 31st March 2021.

Given the continuous increase in the demand for Assima’s new Cloud Solutions, we’ve decided to streamline its development and support operations. This decision is in line with Assima’s continuous commitment to offer best-in-class service to our customers. We’re committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy.

Assima’s Cloud Platform ensures the adoption of business systems by end users through its technologies that train and mentor end users from UAT through to BAU. The Assima Train module is used within induction and in training end users pre system go live. Assima Train content along with any other training material is held on the Assima Collaborate Platform and can be consumed via its portal or uploaded to your Scorm LMS. The Assima Assist module is a performance support layer that sits over the top of live applications providing help, guidance, AI and RPA benefits.

Should you move to the Assima Cloud Platform then discount will be provided for existing maintenance paying customers, taking into effect the investment you have made to Assima products over the years.

Notes
If your current maintenance contract ends after the 31st March 2021, we will keep supporting you until the end of your contract
If you wish to renew your maintenance until your solution reaches EOL, Assima will prorate your annual maintenance cost.
