Welcome to the June 2026 Edition of Assima Newsletter!

I am Holger Brinkmann and as a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region and Central & Eastern Europe, my focus is on helping customers get the most value from their Assima journey. With a background as an SAP FI consultant and eLearning expert in HTML/CSS environments, I bring both technical and training perspectives into my role. I see myself as a partner who understands not only systems, but also the people and processes behind them.

Having spent 25 years with the company, I’ve had the opportunity to grow from the training side into Customer Success. This journey has given me a deep understanding of how learning, technology, and business transformation come together. What I enjoy most is working with customers across different industries, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions that make a real difference in their day-to-day work.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking time to recharge and stay active, appreciating a good balance between professional challenges and personal life. Whether it’s spending time with family or simply enjoying a quiet moment, I value the energy that comes from stepping away and returning with fresh perspective.
